Customers receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download. Once purchased, download the .pdf file using the link, to print out at home. Please let the person you give the gift certificate to email austinwaychoffstudio@gmail.com with their redemption code, pet photos and info at their convenience.

The Ornament will be completed and/or shipped during the months the pet portrait shop is open. Gift certificates do not expire. Please allow 3-5 weeks for completion. If purchased after 12/1 certificates cannot be redeemed until after Christmas/the next pet portrait shop opening date.
